Next week, the Direct Response Forum is gathering in Tampa, Florida for its annual show on August 10 to 12. The agenda is packed full of activities, keynotes, and breakout sessions.
On Wednesday August 12, CyberSource will be participating in two presentations. In the morning, Dave Glaser, VP of Global Services from CyberSource, will co-present with Chris Pogue, Sr. Security Consultant from Trustwave. In a session titled "Payment Data: Don't Store It, Don't Handle It," Dave and Chris will discuss a new approach to secure payment operations, including an exploration of real-life case studies.
In the afternoon, Jim Morin, VP of Product Management and Marketing from First National Merchant Solutions, will co-present with Paul Brock, Sr. Manager of Managed Services from CyberSource. In the session "Best Practices on Selling in Canada," Jim will look at selling in Canada from the perspective of an acquirer, merchant and cardholder, and Paul will look at fraud prevention and risk scoring models from the perspective of a merchant.
